After serving in the United States Navy, James obtained a degree in Architectural Design from Delaware Tech, and has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He enjoys taking the ideas a person has for their new home and making them into a reality.

Color Coordinator
Theresa has a great eye for color coordinating and exceeds in helping clients choose material selections for their new home. Additionally, she is tasked with day to day operations of the business.
